Excursion "Knowledge sharing in the Vosges mountains"

This excursion will take us across the German border into the heart of the Vosges mountains, west of Colmar. Our focus will be on knowledge sharing and transfer in natural resource management.

We will meet managers and key actors of the following structures:

The Regional nature park of the Vosges mountains in Munster

The Nature reserve Tanet-Gazon du Faing

The "Capercaillie Vosges" Group

We will have lunch in a traditional inn at 1200 m. a.s.l. and take a few steps to enjoy spectacular views of the Vosges mountains and surrounding high pastures and fir and beech forests.
